Etapa Sheikh Zayed

The Etapa Sheikh Zayed residential compound is considered one of the prominent locations in 6th of October City. It is directly located on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, the Ring Road, and the 23rd of July Axis, making it easily accessible and facilitating transportation to and from various cities and vital areas.

The project consists of 8 residential buildings with a total of 100 units. The unit sizes range from 99 square meters to 250 square meters. Each building is designed with distinctive architectural models and comprises a ground floor and three repeated floors. Each unit consists of three bedrooms, a reception area, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and an elevator for each building. The buildings have surface parking and basements. Additionally, the compound features walls, two gates, and provides security, cleaning, and maintenance services.

The company, Redcon Contracting, has designed and executed the Etapa Sheikh Zayed compound project according to international standards and using modern design elements such as glass facades. We have collaborated with a group of renowned consultants and experts to implement integrated aluminum systems for the different units in this compound. Some of the systems that our company has executed include Sliding Systems and Hinged Systems.
